Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and part details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
